Thanks for having me. I wanted to introduce myself and share a little bit about me.
My name is Maurice Muhammad.I’m a Muslim Follower of The Most Hon. Elijah Muhammad as clearly represented by his tops student The Hon. Min. Farrakhan. I am a real estate broker in 4 States, investor and Managing Broker Owner of Progressive Realty, Property Manage and Development (located in Allentown Pa).
I was raised in Plainfield NJ, with two siblings. As a child, I had aspirations of being a Franchise Owner (Barber) , like my Uncle. Never in a million years did I think I’d stumble into the real estate industry, but you can’t always predict where or when you’ll discover what you’re meant to do in life.
I was taught at a young age by my mom Pearl, that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what I do. I worked hard achieving.
As the years went by, I worked my way from Barbershop clean up boy during my younger years at The Ultimate Pyramid Barbershop, to then become a Barber at the same shop after graduating with A Cosmetology/Barber License , never wavering in my resolve to become the Better version of myself with each career move.
I got into the real estate industry 21 years ago, I quit my job and set out to become a major force in the world of real estate.
As my career advanced, I found my stride working with motivated sellers who wanted to capture top dollar for their property...FAST. I quickly became an expert in marketing and creating competition while getting buyers to compete for the privilege of buying my listings. I'm also considered a master negotiator. Throughout my career, I have earned numerous accolades, including:
