Office hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-4pm CST Closed Saturday & Sunday
CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL RIDES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel, we will issue you a credit which can be used for an alternate day of travel. You may also apply your credit to someone else (family, friend, etc.) if needed. No refunds will be issued. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for rides cancelled with less than 24-hour notice. Cancellations must be done by phone. No credit will be issued to those who forget to cancel or show up for their ride.
